A serious crash shut down Route 46 in Mount Olive on Friday, August 11, developing reports say.

The crash was reported near the intersection with CR 649/Netcong Road just before 3:10 p.m., according to 511NJ.

Route 46 was shut down in both directions as emergency crews responded.
